WHERE ARE YOU BASED & DO YOU TRAVEL?

I am based in Dubbo NSW & yes, i love to travel. I am more than happy to travel all over the central west, coastal areas, to Sydney and even to another state. Of course it will require a travel fee, I have tried to find the cheapest way for you all because i love love photographing in different places and trying new things, with new experiences.

My travel fee is $0.80c a km outside of Dubbo.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

All your photos will be uploaded to my client website. You are able to access it at any time, you are also able to view, download, share and pick your favourites. It is password protected for privacy reasons, which you will receive in an email when i send your link through once your photos are completed.

Wedding collections will also be put onto a USB flash drive.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

This depends on your session, how much work i have to do & how many sessions i have to do before yours. I dont like to rush my editing, as i want to be able to give you my best work. You will most likely receive them within 1 - 3 weeks.

WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED?

Full payment is to be made at least 2 weeks before your session date, No images are provided until payment has been made.

CAN WE MEET UP BEFORE MY SESSION & TALK/DISCUSS?

Of course!!! I love meeting up with all my clients if they wish, so i can get to know you, your style & what kind of session you want. Plus you get to meet me & ask any questions you might have.

A cuppa catch up is always great, i also dont mind a cold bevy.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

I do require a 25% deposit to secure all bookings, your session wont be booked & confirmed until you pay at least 25% deposit. Weddings require a different deposit to secure your date, which is on your contract.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

I absolutely do. You can either pay your 20% deposit to book/secure your spot, then you pay as you wish as long as payment is paid in full 2 weeks before your session date. I do ask every time you deposit a payment, to send me a copy of the receipt for my books.

or I offer Afterpay as well which is always handy.
